all love eating ice cream, especially in summer. But something always bothers
us about this tasty treat; it’s melting speed.
But with this new Japanese method,
you don’t need to worry about that anymore. Researchers in Japan have
introduced a new solution to prevent ice cream from melting too fast.
They found that adding liquid polyphenol
extracted from strawberries can keep popsicles from melting on a hot summer
day.
They can also last for around five
minutes after being exposed to heat. This cool ice cream is still only
available in Japan, but sooner or later it will be sold in other parts of the
world as well.
